First she decided to choose Work That to be her next 2nd single and even released a remix with Busta Rhymes on it but then the song was scrapped just because she was not content with the video... That's why she picked another song to release instead of Work That. This is it... "Stay Down". She looks fabulous in the video

[ALESHA DIXON] :: FIRED UP (Japanese Release)/Retail 2008
This is Alesha's debut solo album since she left Mis-Teeq. After their label Telstar fell apart (rumored to be because of Victoria Beckham), Mis-Teeq decided to split so that each member could pursue their own career. Alesha planned to release this album along with the 2 singles "Lipstick" and "Knockdown" in late 2007 but the plan was scrapped due to her disagreement with her record label Polydor. Despite the success of the 1st single "Lipstick", it was unable to save the album from being shelved. But fortunately, in early 2008, Alesha has decided to release this album in Japan and added some more new tracks to the former list. Enjoy it everyone ^^ ...

The song saw moderate success peaking at number 64 on the US Billboard Hot 100. U Should've Known (later renamed "U Should've Known Better" in the rework "After The Storm" album) performed very well on the chart with peaking at number 19 on Billboard Hot 100, giving Monica another top 20 hit for her comeback in 2003.
